Gangster Rules

Gangster is a cooperative poker game from Korea Boardgames. With talking banned, you have to convey "I think I'm around rank N" through chip choices, timing, and reactions — and read everyone else doing the same.

Standard 52-card deck — 2 hole cards each + 5 community cards. One chip per rank (1..N where N = player count), so two players can never claim the same rank at the same time.

• Four of a kind — Four cards of the same number.
• Full house — Three-of-a-kind plus a pair.
• Three of a kind — Three cards of the same number.
• Two pair — Two pairs.
• One pair — Single pair.
• High card — None of the above — compare highest cards.

• Free chat is forbidden by the rules. The chat panel is hidden in this game; only reaction emoji are allowed.
• Statements like "I'm rank 1!" break the spirit of the game. Communicate through chip choices only.
• It's a co-op — watch which chips others reach for and update your own guess accordingly.

When the host locks, every player must be holding the chip equal to their true rank. A single mismatch costs the whole team the round.
