expand_moreHow do I play with friends?

Pick a game and tap ‘Create room’ to get a room code. Share the code with your friends; they tap ‘Join’ and enter it to land in the same room. Once everyone’s in, the host starts the game.

expand_moreDo I have to sign in?

You can play right away as a guest. But stats, friends, rankings, and resuming across devices require signing in. Guest data is tied to your device/browser and can be lost if you uninstall.

expand_moreCan I play solo? (bots / single-player)

Many games support bot (AI) opponents or a single-player solo mode. If a game allows bots, you can fill the room with bots and start immediately.

expand_moreI'm not getting notifications.

Check that (1) app notifications are enabled in your device settings, and (2) you allowed notifications in the app. Battery saver / optimization can delay them. If they still don't arrive, make sure you're signed in and try signing in again.

expand_moreWhat is an ‘async (turn-based)’ game? It moved on by itself.

Async games let each player take a turn whenever they have time, without being online together. If you don't move within the deadline, the game auto-advances (pass/forfeit) so it doesn't stall. We send one reminder 12 hours before the deadline.

expand_moreCan I leave and rejoin mid-game?

Yes. If you're signed in you can rejoin the same game. In real-time games, being away too long may let a bot take over or auto-advance your turn.

expand_moreI want to delete my account / data.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete account to remove it yourself. Your profile, stats, friends, and chats are deleted. If you can't access the app, you can also request deletion via our contact email.

expand_moreI see an error / the game froze.

Most issues clear up if you refresh or rejoin the room. If it persists, tell us which game and what you were doing via Contact. Reproducible bugs get fixed fastest.

expand_moreI updated the app but the icon/screen looks the same.

It's likely a cache. Fully close and reopen the app, or reinstall if prompted, to refresh to the latest version.

expand_moreCan I remove ads?

Ads currently keep the app free to run. An ad-removal option is being considered for the future.
