Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-05-11

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and liabilities between you and the operator of on-boarding (the "Service").

2. About the Service and IP notice

The Service provides a catalog, matchmaking, and real-time gameplay so you can enjoy board games with friends and family online.

Some titles are unofficial fan-made implementations inspired by classic board games. The operator of this Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the rights holders of the original works or trademarks (for example, Hasbro, Amigo Spiele, Lemada Light Industries, and others). All registered trademarks and original works belong to their respective owners; the Service is provided strictly for non-commercial enjoyment.

If a rights holder requests removal of a specific title from the Service, the operator will promptly remove or rename that title.

3. Accounts and account deletion

  • You can sign in with a Google, Kakao, or Discord account, or play anonymously by entering only a nickname.
  • You are responsible for protecting your own account credentials and must not use someone else's account.
  • The operator may suspend or restrict an account without prior notice if abuse is suspected.
  • You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings โ†’ Danger zone โ†’ Delete account. See thePrivacy Policyfor details.

4. User obligations

  • No abuse, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or threats toward other users.
  • No automation, macros, or cheating that disrupts normal gameplay.
  • Do not upload content that infringes others' copyrights, likeness rights, or personal data.
  • Violations may result in restriction or suspension without prior notice.

5. Changes and interruptions

Parts or all of the Service may change or pause for operational or technical reasons. The operator is not liable for damages from such changes or interruptions, except as required by law.

6. Content rights

  • Text, images, and code created by the operator remain the operator's property.
  • Chat, nicknames, and similar content you produce remain yours and are used only to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of stability, accuracy, or completeness. The operator is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, third-party service failures, or user negligence, except as required by law.

8. Advertising

The Service may display third-party ads to fund operations. The advertiser is responsible for the content and any transactions on external sites; the operator is not separately liable.

9. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, the new content and effective date will be announced in-product or by updating the date at the top of this page. Users who do not agree to the updated Terms may discontinue use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
